What does Q2 mean in terms of product release dates, and how soon can I expect delivery after ordering items scheduled for release in Q2?
Q2 stands for 'Quarter 2' which includes the months of April, May, and June. Q3 would be the months of July, August, and September and so on. Product release dates are best estimates as provided by our manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change. Once we receive these products we promptly ship them with 1- 2 days.
Where are your orders shipped from?
We ship from two locations - Florida or Georgia depending on the item.
Are international shipping costs inclusive of taxes and import fees?
Taxes and import fees are not included in the calculated shipping costs for international shipments.
How do Pre-orders work?
Pre-orders allow you to insure that your order will be fulfilled once we have received product delivery. Many of our products are manufactured overseas in very limited quantities for the global market.
