Return Policy

At Big Boy Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free, so you can shop with confidence.

Returns Accepted for 30 Days: We understand that sometimes things just don't work out as planned. Whether you've changed your mind or received a defective product, we are here to assist you. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Returns initiated after 30 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

Free Return Shipping: To make the return process convenient for you, we offer free return shipping within the continental United States for eligible product returns. Simply contact our customer support team at Info@BigBoyToysus.com to initiate your return request, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please note that international customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

No Restocking Fee: We value your trust and satisfaction, and we do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns. You will receive a full refund for the returned items, excluding any original shipping charges. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover associated shipping costs.

Exclusions - No Final Sale Items: While most of our products are eligible for returns, there are a few exceptions. We do not accept returns on final sale items, which are clearly marked as such on the product page. Final sale items include products sold at discounted prices, clearance items, and personalized or customized items, as these are specifically made to order.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  3. Package the item(s): Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, along with all accessories and tags. Place the return authorization number on the outside of the package for easy identification.

  4. Ship the package: For customers within the continental United States, affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. For international customers, please ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure its safe arrival.

  5. Processing your refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
